3. Appointment with our experts

If you’re happy with the estimate provided, one of our garage door experts will pay a visit to your property at a time convenient for you. During this appointment, we will perform a free site survey, taking a wide range of meticulous measurements to ensure your garage door will have a flawless fit.

Here, we can answer any questions in person and explain the options available. Once the survey is complete, we will be able to confirm your quote — we will always endeavour to stick to the initial price quoted over the phone.

4. An exceptional installation

Once you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the quote provided, our work can begin. We will arrange a suitable time to visit your home and perform the installation. Our team works quickly and efficiently, usually able to perform all installations and repairs in one working day to minimise disruption to your schedule. Then, we begin the process of installing your door. Our team will work meticulously to ensure a perfect fit. Once the installation is complete, we’ll carry out a thorough safety inspection to ensure it is operating smoothly and all safety features are in perfect working order. We will remove any waste accumulated and perform a thorough clean-up to leave your garage just as we found it.

We’ll also be on hand to provide a demonstration and answer any questions you may have.

5. Enjoy!

Once installation is complete, you’re free to enjoy your new garage door. When you’re happy with your new door, one of our friendly team will be in touch to arrange payment. We offer a free 12-month guarantee on all door installations and a 3-month guarantee on all repairs to offer you peace of mind that, in the unlikely event you run into any problems, we’ll be there to support you.
